Context

The Campaign Report is our most used tool in Ignite, helping real estate agents show property owners the value of their advertising spend.

However, some missing opportunities

  • Shift in how we show enquiries metrics

  • New metrics being introduced as part of new consumer initiatives

  • Lack of awareness of Premiere+ features and the ROI

Approach

Customer & Vendor interviews

I first by conducting both customer and vendor interviews to understand how reporting is used, and what vendors are most likely to look for when they’re selling a home, and their expectations from a realestate agent.

Workshops

Based on the research insights, I led workshops with the different stakeholder groups to create a unified data story, and to future proof how the data we have can sustainably provide value to both vendors and customers.

Grounding principles

To navigate competing priorities across stakeholders, I brought together key people from each team for a workshop where we created four simple principles: Deliberate, Complete, Productive, and Meaningful to ensure our solution delivered value across all business units.

Ongoing pairing with data analyst

Based on our knowledge from research and data sets, ongoing pairing with data analysts to understand the most effective ways to communicate a compelling story to our customers and vendors.
